🧼 About Our Soaps
Are your soaps natural?
Yes! All of our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using nourishing oils, butters, and botanicals. We never use sulfates, parabens, or harsh additives.
Are your soaps vegan?
Most of our soaps are vegan, but a few varieties may include honey, goat milk, or buttermilk. Each product page lists details so you can shop with confidence.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our recipes are designed to be gentle and nourishing. Many customers with sensitive or dry skin find them soothing, though we always recommend patch testing if you have concerns.
How long do the soaps last?
Each bar typically lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use. For best results, keep your soap dry between uses by storing it on a draining soap dish.
📦 Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Retail orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Wholesale and bulk orders require additional processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Please contact us if you’re interested in international shipping and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
🏷️ Wholesale & Bulk Orders
What’s the difference between wholesale and bulk?
- Wholesale is for retailers (boutiques, spas, shops) who plan to resell our products.
- Bulk is for events, gifts, or personal use (weddings, showers, corporate events, etc.).
What are your wholesale minimums?
- Opening order: $150 wholesale (≈ 25 bars)
- Reorders: $100 wholesale (≈ 17 bars)
- Minimum per scent: 4 bars
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! Bulk orders start at 25 bars. Discounts increase with volume:
- 25–49 bars: $10 each
- 50–99 bars: $9.50 each
- 100+ bars: $9 each
Do I need to order in advance?
Yes — bulk orders must be placed at least 5 weeks ahead to allow curing time. Wholesale orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks.
Can I order soaps without labels?
Yes! We offer naked bars (no labels/wrapping) at a discount of $0.25 off per bar.
Can I request custom scents or labels?
For bulk orders of 50+ bars, we can sometimes accommodate special requests for labels, packaging, or scent options. Additional fees may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we want you to love your purchase.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re local, select “local pickup” at checkout and you can pick your order up at Middletown Florist at 21057 Calistoga St, Middletown, CA 95461
