About Our Soaps
Are your soaps natural?
Yes! All of our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using nourishing oils, butters, and botanicals. We never use sulfates, parabens, or harsh additives.
Are your soaps vegan?
Most of our soaps are vegan, but a few varieties may include honey, goat milk, or buttermilk. Each product page lists details so you can shop with confidence.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our recipes are designed to be gentle and nourishing. Many customers with sensitive or dry skin find them soothing, though we always recommend patch testing if you have concerns.
How long do the soaps last?
Each bar typically lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use. For best results, keep your soap dry between uses by storing it on a draining soap dish.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Retail orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Wholesale and bulk orders require additional processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Please contact us if you’re interested in international shipping and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Wholesale
We offer wholesale pricing to approved boutiques, gift shops, and wellness spaces.
Wholesale partners receive 50% off MSRP with a minimum opening order of $300 and $150 for reorders. Orders are prepaid and typically ship within 2–3 weeks, depending on volume and product availability.
To request our current line sheet and apply for a wholesale account, please email us with your store name, location, and website or social media.
We carefully select retail partners to ensure a strong fit and consistent brand presentation.
Bulk Orders
Planning an event, corporate gift, or special occasion?
We offer bulk pricing for larger quantity orders of the same product (such as wedding favors, client gifts, or holiday gifting).
Bulk orders:
• Must be 25+ units of the same item
• May qualify for tiered pricing
• Require advance notice (2–4 weeks recommended)
Custom labeling may be available depending on quantity and timeline.

We accept major credit cards.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we want you to love your purchase.
Do you offer local pickup?
