Refund policy

Returns

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened or visibly mostly unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that are significantly used, opened skincare, soaps, or bath products.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We provide a free prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at silkemoore@dogmarch.com with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Opened or significantly used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
