All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
Travel Notice: Because we are a small-batch, family-run shop, order processing may be paused if we are traveling. In those cases, a clear travel notice will be displayed on our website and/or at checkout with the next available ship date. Orders placed during that time will ship as soon as we return.
During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
We currently ship within the United States.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over $100 (set your threshold, e.g., $75).
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your order.
We currently ship to selected international destinations (see checkout for availability).
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local post office or government.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
