Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • Travel Notice: Because we are a small-batch, family-run shop, order processing may be paused if we are traveling. In those cases, a clear travel notice will be displayed on our website and/or at checkout with the next available ship date. Orders placed during that time will ship as soon as we return.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over $100 (set your threshold, e.g., $75).

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

  • Local Delivery / Pickup: free local pickup is available at Middletown Florist & Gifts, 21057 Calistoga St, Middletown, CA 95461

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to the nature of our handmade products, we may limit shipping during extreme hot weather months to ensure items like butters and balms arrive safely.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We currently ship to selected international destinations (see checkout for availability).

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local post office or government.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
